199 MPH · Ferrari winsZuma was invited to Miramar, where Steve Goldfield was asked to race a plane down the long runway in his Ferrari 812 Superfast. Steve reached 199 MPH—and beat the plane.
Gumball 3000 — Road to Monterey
Zuma plays a major operational role in Gumball 3000’s annual Monterey Car Week experience—planning and leading the drive, conducting the drivers’ meeting and bringing a substantial share of the participating exotic cars.
For the 2026 drive, exactly 40 exotic cars launched from West Coast Customs in Burbank. A six-patrol-car armed private-security motorcade escorted the group more than 300 miles to Monterey, with a winery lunch in Paso Robles and a staged arrival in Carmel.
The journey finished with major Monterey Car Week experiences, including RM Sotheby’s and the Monterey Motorsports Festival. Daily Driven Exotics and other automotive creators have joined and documented the event.

In 2016, Steve Goldfield created the modern Cannonball Run Rally from Massachusetts through Key West to Havana, Cuba. The automotive journey continued with two chartered 737 aircraft carrying participants to Havana.
In Cuba, he hired approximately 50 classic 1950s American cars wearing Cannonball rally branding which replaced the expected buses. The cars chauffeured participants for the weekend.
This was an extraordinary rally designed to be nearly impossible to duplicate ever again.
Steve is no longer associated with this rally.
Goldfinger Rally to Monterey
Steve founded the Goldfinger Rally to Monterey around the annual pilgrimage to Monterey Car Week. It became the Goldfinger–Fuel Run Rally and ultimately evolved into Fuel Run.

Run to Monaco 2018 Rally. Start line in the Swiss Alps ending up at Formula One in Monaco. The most luxurious rally I’ve ever done.
Gumball 3000 2015
Here’s some silly footage of the 2015 Gumball 3000 start line in Stockholm, Sweden and then the finish line in Las Vegas. We are running with World Champion Formula One Driver, Lewis Hamilton and Rocky IV star Dolph Lundgren (Ivan Drago).
Cannonball Run Rally
Cannonball Run Rally, founded by Steve in 2016. This was the first and only rally to finish in Havana, Cuba. We left our cars in Key West and went back in time to Cuba’s classic 1950s cars.

Gumball DUI
This DUI stop really happened on Gumball 3000 outside of Stockholm, Sweden. That country has some of the strictest DUI laws in the world. My co-pilot and I switched places after the send-off party the night before. We also had a TV crew riding with us and already had microphones attached.

Goldrush Rally 2014
This was an epic prank done to my Rolls-Royce in Chicago on Goldrush Rally. Two friends filled my car with packing peanuts while I was sleeping. I had a big surprise in the morning.

Long Tail Rally — mostly McLarens. This is probably the most peaceful and scenic rally I’ve done in the U.S. An amazing group of people, all very welcoming like a family.
